Returns Policy
If you have a problem with your order, we will work with you to find a solution or you can return the product for a full-refund so long as it has not been opened. We cannot accepted opened products back as we can not guarantee traceability / contamination which is required by chemical batching law.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We generally will ship worldwide. Our UK shipments are with Royal Mail for items under 2Kg and DPD for items over 2Kg or if NEXT DAY is selected.
We use Royal Mail and DPD for European Shipments and Royal Mail and DHL for Shipments to the United States and Canada.
